The close ups confirm that this is a really good paint job. The face and beard are particularly good and everything is smooth and precise.

As for constructive criticism, I think that you need to take a little more care with your freehand to get it more refined. The metals could use a bit more richness too and I\'ve already mentioned the snow in another thread.

The new camera seems to be working out well for you too!

The palette really makes the model and, whether it was intentional or not, the gappy teeth give the model a lot of character.

The snow.... hmm. On the ground, it works. On the staff and the clothes.... not so much. Whatever you\'re using has too crystalized a feel to it, like it formed on the staff and cloak rather than stuck to it. (I don\'t remember if the other photos gave this same impression.)

Sword handle.... metallic? Brrr.

Freehand: I really like it, always have. Liked it on your ogre too. Keep improving it and it will be jaw dropping in no time.

I wish I could make my Skaven look that good. :)

Thanks Mike :) yes, I hate the snow too :( Orb kindly sent me some microballoons (which are much more effective) but I couldn\'t really remove the snow on this guy and start over again.Sword handle: I know it would be chilly but they\'re \'ard up North :D The gappy teeth/tooth were intentional, That\'s what happens when all you eat is stale blackbread and drink too much vodka :D
