Best place to find premade minis?

- dark sword miniatures are excellent
- ral partha are good if they are still around
- for gaming the ones released by wizards are okish
- GF9 had some DnD line

I think the op was talking about the reaper figures, that are used for dnd, not the reaper paints.

As for the paints... not harder than any other brand. Their most distinct feature, the triads, are both a blessing as you can have a very easy base-highlight-shade, and a curse as the cost adds up pretty quickly if you buy the colors in 3-s.

For paints, Army painter works very well at the beginning, the paints are the right consistency. As for miniatures the only ones I have bought are from the Descent into the darkness game, which has miniatures that are detailed if you are a beginner
