Paint looks a bit rough, across the stomach particularly Vegel, is that the mini (Reaper I've painted so far aren't particularly well finished), chunky primer or the paint? He also looks quite dusty, be sure to give him a good go over with a big soft brush to get it all off before you put any more paint on. Highlights on the trousers look smooth enough though, so perhaps just thin your basecoat a touch & do it in three rather than two coats?
I like the colour choices so far and the turn of the head makes for a nice model. Be sure to do his eyes justice, really capture that grim expression.
Looking again, I think perhaps his crotch cloth could be a different colour to his trousers. Perhaps pick up the intended hair colour? Or a blood soaked rag that he uses to wipe his hands dry before re-embarking upon slaughter?
