Bad movies that are Good

Thought this would be fun after reading the post's about sucker punch. What movies have you watched that you know are bad but liked. "Star ship troopers" I love this movie but the acting is just unbearable.Casper Van dean is the worst actor on Earth but still love this movie."Attack of the killer tomato's" fun but terrible.

Everyone knows that the worst in Starship Troopers is Denise Richards who wears the same blank-eyed, vaguely-smiling face basically throughout the film. Even after she has a hole the size of a drainpipe punched right through her shoulder it's back soon after, in fact it's obvious she forgets about it in the scenes that follow.

Anyway, movies that you know aren't good but still enjoy... I'm sure there are more but first thing that comes to mind is Highlander.

I thoroughly enjoyed 'A Nymphoid Barbarian In Dinosaur Hell', though I'm not sure if it's despite it being bad or because of it...

it is not always easy to judge movies objectively. For example, I really liked "The Pelican brief", yet id had very low ratings.

when i was a wee nipper there was a run on late night tv of old 50's scifi b movies, giant maneating pizza carpets (dont recal the nameof the movies), gorrilla's with space helmets etc were some of the characters. bad movies but good in a strange way

Starship Troopers is a great example of being so bad it's good!

Rambo 2 came on the other night, and I couldn't tear myself away....

The moment Michael Ironside is forced to say "They sucked his brains out!" is the moment Starship Troopers went from just bad, to so bad it's good.

Pelican Brief wasn't so bad in my opinion, but I wouldn't call it anything stellar.

Tremors. Really, it's an uninspired creature flick. They call the damned things "Graboids", but any time it comes on I am the first to say "awesome".

I'm not sure I would have included Tremors. Even the slew of sequels, not sure they tick the "bad" box... oh, um, guess they do, kinda, but seems a deliberate choice to have gone cheesy. Doesn't take itself too seriously, rather joyously so.

Of the dire fantasy films that existed pre-LOTR (to the point ALL of the were dire pre-LOTR that might aswell be used as a reference rather than preface them as dire), Hawk the Slayer stands out. So very crap its crapness is what makes it worth watching. The elf especially, shooting fast with his bow would have been more effort than the method they went with, cutting frames out and putting the sped up footage on a loop so it looked like machine gun fire.

Flesh Gordon the original black and White version, so bad the female lead appears to be sedated or concussed the entire movie, so good it features a character called dr flexy jerkoff, and keep your eyes open for the over enthusiastic extras in the throne room scene!

Argh, that movie is right on the tip of my tongue. It was a MST3K feature. Ah-hah! It was "The Creeping Terror". Thank you Google.

As for bad movies: Leprechaun 4, Jack Frost (Shannon Elizabeth killed in the shower by a floating carrot??), Dark Side of the Moon, Cannibal Holocaust....

*quick edit* That last one actually sucks. I wouldn't advise anyone waste their time on it. Really. Don't say I didn't warn you.

I liked "Erik the Viking" the first time I saw it.
I thought it was awful the second time I saw it.
Third time, loved it again.
