Attaching All Those Finicky Bits

When drilling and pinning isn't an option, what gives the best join for metal on metal? I'm working on a Warmachine mini with numerous projecting parts (Wraith Witch Deneghra) and I envision them breaking off every time the mini is used for a game.

2 part epoxy for me. It's dries pretty quick, so one has to be equally quick and on-the-ball, but it works like a charm. Well, except when you drop it from table to my tile floor, then it shatters.

If super glue or epoxy isn't doing it for you.. an alternative could be emulsion glue....it's like PVA but rather than setting rock hard when dry it retains a certain amount of flex. That way if you do knock a fin or whatever rather than pinging off it just moves a little which you can then straighten up if need be. Probably not going to work for large pieces or those that have a long lever, such as an arm, but for ickle bits it may do the job.
