As Conflict Approaches and More time is beginning to rise terror I seek Help! AHH!

:|~The time is sort Conflict:Toronto is coming and I have 1 more major Project to finish My Commander Geaus!!

OK Final Conversion details by this saturday and i will be ready to prime that night.

Ok I was wonder since he is a commander to show trophies and stuff i was wondering of placing a Tyranid Warrior Head carcapes as a Shield to show he has over come large tyranids and have no fear..(ok lol).
The Shield will be facing the way his hands and arms are facing so the shield will be covering his entire arm.

Apply a Storm bolter (Which I think Looks weird because i just tried it.

Anyways please do help me on this one.

Oh and Shall I place a grey knight terminator shield between his shoulders and his torso?

Have you seen AVP- not the greatest movie, but it had some decent effects. Anyways if you have- the predator takes an alien head and makes a shield as a quick field assist/improvisation. Why wouldn\'t the same be very appropriate in the field for a marine when he is splatting bugs. Great natural defence for the time being.These things seem to do well in competition too.

...I\'d say that both shields are a good idea,especially the Tyranid head one.The other Grey Knight shield should add some extra visuals too.Good luck with it,don\'t forget to post pictures

Is your mini for the painting contest at conflict? I checked online and at GW scar town and there is no mention of a painting contest at conflict april toronto. There is one in conflict for the 2005-2006 season in sept though

I was painting a be\'lakor for the april conflict but with no contest, i ain\'t paying $110 to play in the tourney so no reason for me to even go

if you heard that there is a contest there, please post here...

All the UK conflicts have a painting competition. I know as I was judging one on Sunday.

You need to confirm with your local GW store that Canada are doing Painting comps.

I asked some of my GW Staff and some of the other staff at other GW\'s they said that COnflict will have a warpstone compieition if not then i\'ve wasted alot of time on The conversion of my Blood Ravens commander and Shrikey. Ugh
