Armoured Company Troubles

Okay, so about 5 minutes ago I was checking out the GW website when I see the armoured company deals and so, being a loyal IG player, I checked it out.

Now for my actual question, are there somethings in the Imperial Armour version of the Armoured Company list that aren\'t in Chapter Approved 2004? Because it says things in there like

Two Command Tanks (Leman Russes) with: Hull Lascannon, Sponson Heavy Bolters, Ace Sponson Gunners*, Track Guards, Crush and Grind*, Anti-Tank Rounds*, and Evasive Driving*. 660 points.
*Things marked with stars are the things not listed in Chapter Approved 2004

They are US WD 293 (i think, which ever is the most recent). They are an exspansion for the upgrades of the armored companies.... One of the better ones is the plasma cannon side sponson upgrade can now go on standard leman russ.

The latest WD has a new armoured company list.

Pretty good it is too, they\'ve added in some doctrines like the main IG list.
