is it true [there is\ is to be] a retail box 2nd printing with alternative sculpts?

Where would this rumor be coming from? I think it more likely someone was talking about Super Dungeon Explore 2.0.

I think this is true. I got my Booster Bin from Battle Bin, and it came with many of the miniatures from the original Arcadia Quest. However, the sculpts were different. They are updated. They are much more detailed and just better in general.

From what I've seen and understand, the KS version of the original sculpts are less detailed than the retail version. For example, my KS version of the Monkey Queen did not have textured clothing, but the replacement of it (mine came without hair) did.

I didn't have the Kickstarter version to my knowledge. I just recently picked it up from Amazon around a month or so ago.

I bought a retail copy from Amazon last week and it came with updated sculpts with textured hair, etc.
