I was wondering about the italian GD held in Milano last weekend...

who won? any of the italian painters here in the site? (i did not enter the competition, so i did not win anything )

Hi Luca,

sorry but I\'m still recovering after two sleepless nights before the GD spent painting my entry

The Slayer Sword goes to Matteo Murelly with an amazing Mordheim Nurgle warband
The painter that won more demons was my good friend Alessio Cisbani (^Wolfbane on CMON)

The French Waagh won two Demons (gold and silver), We meet and talk almost all day... really nice guys, hope to meet again them, maybe in France.

Some other painters that won demons and are known here in CMON are Beltane and Pega (his wonderful Celestine was one of the best pieces I have ever seen)

I have asked the permission to go behind the tables and take some good picture but it was refused by the GW staff so I have only fw pictures of the entries, I\'ll post them as soon as possible with the pictures of my entry

Hi Luca,
other infos about italian GD:
we of the beltane painting studio won 2 gold demons and a silver demon.
I won gold in Duel category with a wardancer vs an ork shaman, Matteo (beltane ) won gold in whfb single miniature with a different version of his pilgrim duke, and Franciuus won silver in 40k single miniature with a converted empire champion. We will post the pictures on CMON soon...
Many of the other winners are also here on CMON: Pega, Raffaele Stumpo, Angelo di Chello,Costa, Fortino, Cisbani(wolfbane), Ottolini (magobaku), Russo (highlight)...
I also saw some miniatures already seen on CMON, also from foreign painters (german and french for sure...).
I,m looking forward to see the pictures here on CMON or an entire report of italian GD!! :bouncy:
