any good rearing horses miniatures?

There is afew nice ones out there depending on what you want to convert them into.
You've got Batheasar Gelt's pegasus

those are two that I can think of that don't need too much doing to them. There is others but they have armor on and it depends on how much you want to take off to convert.

Crys listed off the two I like the best when it comes to Warhammer scale. Gamezone seems to have some of the best sculpted horses but their casting leaves much to be desired.

It just depends on what sort of converting and how much work you want to go to. If you really want to get daring, Breyer's Mini-Whinnies are close to scale and have a variety to chose from.
