Hello all, i've been painting some stuff and because I got the Iphone 4 the camera is not bad and taking pics is very fast and easy, therefor i thought it would be fun to keep up a WIP,

Right now I'm working on this high elf

ah, at least im not alone taking really bad pictures of the many hours of hard work lol...

here is a mini update, worked on the back details as well as the face and a little lion freehand on the front cloak, the freehand is far from done and will have red designs going off the lion head in either direction.
this is moving pretty fast and isn't exactly golden demon quality but its a fun paint and i wana get something done to get back into painting.

little change in gears, some stuff happened with this model that i didn't like so I am changing gears a bit

Here is my WIP grot tank, I started this today and am happy with the progress. probably spent about 5 hours on it thus far today. i began with my airbrush and did hairspray technique but my airbrush started spitting like crazy and i got pissed off so i did the rest with no airbrush.

Im painting it in pieces as this is the best way for what i am doing.

the light wasn't the best because its night so some of it wouldn't come out, ill take those pics later :)

freehand look fantastic, but the highlight of the mini still is the nmm legs/boots imo, super!

grot tank is more my cup of tea so nice change. some sweet weathering there!

Seriously impressive work man! Really loving the NMM and freehand on the elf. Would like to see more of that. The grot tank i've got a soft spot for, it's a tank, and it's tiny, and it's operated by goblins... what's not to love? Really liking the direction you're going with it too, love your style.

I can only echo what has been said above. Lovely work on both counts. Especially like the freehand on the cloak, very nice indeed. Grot tank looks like being a lovely rust bucket... perfect for Orks

what environment should he be in for the base ect. i think for his weapon im going to convert a ball and chain!

Wow, very nice...love the hair color and the combination with the blue, really works for me.
