Adding garbage to bases...

I have some Zombicide fatties, and I'd like to add bits of garbage (eg. waste paper) to the bases so I can distinguish them better.

Torn bits of aluminum foil brush-primed in white? Pieces of crackle paint / glue? Actual paper with a coat of glue?

The bases are currently black asphalt, black paint mixed with baking soda for a light texture.

I'd prefer "quick and dirty" since I'm going for tabletop quality.

I recall that somebody (I think it was Sproket) did a little diorama that had a clown on with posters on the back wall that I think were done with paper and glue.

You should be able to use same technique for general trash on the ground.
