Oh boy, I was so happy with how my squig hopper was turning out. Squiq all done and ok. Then I was really getting along nicely with the goblin, nice smooth skin tones, blending nicely.
And then for the finishing touch I really screw it up with too harsh highlights, that of course also turn a bit chalky....
So lets fix this thing, a little wash here, some more shadows back there and... and...
And last but not least cover the whole damn goblin back with black, so we can start fresh again tomorrow...
Ah well, at least I have learned something... again...
And to cheer me up the postman brought some lovely little black boxes filled with very nice hobbits from Copplestone casting.
