A Question On Sculpting/ Casting

I have a question for all o you good people... I have some of my 2D artwork I would like to see made into 3D minis. The sculpt for the new CMON mini painting contest looks wonderful... and, my question is this... where and how would I go about locating a sculptor to commission and a company to cast that sculpt after I commission the work to be done?

Any feedback will be greatly appreciated...!
