A batch of my latest stuff

Have painted up a bit of stuff over the last week or so. Nothing terribly spectacular, mostly going for solid tabletop finishes. More pics in the votey pages. I'm working on some other Forge World stuff at the moment which should hopefully be done to a bit of a higher standard. :)

Wolf rats are currently scoring a bit lower than I expected. It looked like they got a bit sniped first thing so will be curious if that's why or I'm just overestimating my speed paint quality.

Got a biggie done - the Forge World Magma Dragon. Not as perfect a final job as I would have liked in the end, struggled with getting the right tonal mix so repainted a few parts. But, didn't want to keep going at it for too long as it's for eBay, so I'm saying all done with it. Next up for me is another dragon and some Blood Bowl teams I think.

Love the rat-dogs!

All your stuff is top notch!

That red angel fellow must be gigantic (fluff wise) those huge space marines look like hobbits compared to him.

The Wolf Rats are standard models but are Forge World rather than GW's standard range.

Angron is indeed massive. He's a Primarch, so a good bit taller than standard Marines. Not a chap you'd want to mess with!

I finished up some Chaos Cultists on Friday and have just got them photographed. This means I've painted all the Chaos stuff from the Dark Vengeance boxed game. I won't be doing all the Dark Angels, but the Deathwing Terminators are in my to do pile. I think I'm at 42 models painted in the month now. Going to try and do over 100 in October as I need to crank out some volume. Should be doable.

Great stuff. I love your painting style. The rat dogs are brilliant! and i like the paint job on Angron, but i despise the model.

Cheers guys, I've actually finished two teams of 12 Blood Bowl players (Chaos Dwarf and Wood Elf) now too (taking the total up to 66 for the month) but my daylight lamp has packed in, so I can't photograph them properly and night time painting has become very compromised. Curses! I replaced the transformers in it and that's not done the trick either, so it looks like a tube could have died. Extra curses!

Awesome work.
I reckon the Wolf Rats are great, as is everything here! Wish I had half the speed, and the time...

Great work all around. What colours do you use to base and then work up the armour on the mauler and forge fiends?

Really nice paint jobs on those daemon engines. I still think the models are daft, but you've managed to at least convince me that theyre not completely terrible, which given how much I disliked them originally is quite the achievement. I particularly like the maulerfiend's colour scheme - the kinda gritty metal look does a lot to counteract the cartoony nature of the model. Thumbs up from me :)
