Heyo! This was one I painted up around two years ago for Reaper. JBT had painted a really, really awesome version up for them but they were wanting me to make another version that used roughly the same colors Anne did on the 28mm version she had painted years before.
I haven't spent as many hours as I did on this model before or since (though I really should), and I still think it's as close to an A game as I have at the moment. The base was painted up to look like tiles in the shape of the crusader's emblem on her shoulderpads/shield/etc, and I often get a lot of good-natured ribbing for how the base distracts a bit too much from the mini itself. My favorite comment to date has been "I really like how you put a miniature on top to accentuate the base."
I'd like to know what you all think. I know the blue has some rough patches on the cloth (especially the back) and there are many spots that needed more love. The fake embossing of the crusader symbol on the shield and shoulderpads looks a bit better in real life, but I think the pics turned out ok in that regard.
