If there are no Survivors in a Vault, but the Vault forms the shorts rout to a noisy area, should Zombies use the Vault as a short cut?

Hi, having played through the Lord Fang Campaign, we are moving on to the Nameless Campaign. In the Moongate and the Rookery Quests the legend on the map says "Faceless x 4", but the Map only shows two Faceless starting points. I assume this is a typo and the legend should read "Faceless x 2".
