Trying out Vallejo paints. For some reason the existing layer that I paint on keeps rubbing off when further adding more layers. The Vallejo container is shaken thoroughly then mix appropriatedly with water. I use GW white primer. Does any one else have this problem? What am I doing wrong? I...
