Tabletop games have replaced video games for me. I enjoy the chance to sit down and get to know people while having fun playing a game. I've always been competitive (my brother and I are still not allowed to play Monopoly against each other), but have learned that cooperative games can be as much fun. I store X-Wing Miniatures on my Star Trek Tri-Dimensional Chess Set (well, not really... the cats would like that too much, but I could!). The painting bug bit me some last year, but I am in full scale paint-palooza these days and looking to get better a little bit every day.
