The sword broke off and got lost, so I gave him a suitably nasty looking replacement by using a GW orc sword.

if he has this big sword why the scabbard is so little?

Thank you for the kind words. I decided that the weakest part of the mini was the poor base (what was I thinking). Unfortunately there was a little accident when debasing and he needed surgery and a stripper bath. I'll take your advice on the repaint and I'm sure it'll look better.
