I agree with most of what he said, but he's just punishing you for his pet peeves with that low score. The paint job definitely deserves a 6, and could go up with just a little work.
People don't seem to understand that they aren't owed good comments on CMON. They need to post their best effort for the world to see. That includes naming their work, flocking the bases, and leaving comments if they are able to. One of the things holding this miniature back is that the base needs flocking. The paint job is ok. But you need to thin down your paints. A much better picture would be great too.
