Minis I did for 3rd ed Kalamar campaign, my witch Elsa (from the Ral Partha "Ravenloft" box set, I think), and her earth elemental familiar, Mulch, who was a Warhammer Chaos Sorcerer familiar with a frog face, which i chopped off and molded a new one out of greenstuff, and glued small pebbles all over his body.

Her face is very good. Maybe thin dark line under the eyes would help. The "glued on" pebbles don't work for me. Looks like a goblin dressed as an earth elemental for halloween. Perhaps you could drill tiny holes to imbed the stones.

Not bad at all! I like the bases and the green of her dress :) Her eyes are also pretty cool but they need some pupils. Maybe also a little more colour on her lips?
