I have to agree about the proportions being a little strange, but this is a fantasy piece and since I'm pretty sure no one's actually seen a halfling it's all good. The face is excellent, and I really like the rope and other details. She kind of reminds me of a Dragonlance Kender. Great job! :D
She looks pretty nice, I especially like the face and the hair, but her legs are strange, they're way too thin, and the feet are too tiny. But besides that she's quite good.
