Magic Mouth Spell - with Recipient

This was the "Magic Mouth Spell", which would appear, speak it's piece, and disappear. I wondered what your expression would be when the big voice started booming behind you. This was also my first attempt at Source Lighting, a technique I hadn't seen used much back when I did the figure, probably about 1982 or 83...

Like I said, at the time, I had only seen Source Lighting done in illustrations, and decided to give it a shot. NOT a whole lot of work went into it, just paint the whole mini, then figure out where the light would hit, and drybrush yellow. These days, I'd be working with about three pallets, I suspect, Neutral, Shadow, and Lit. (That's also why I haven't tried it since...)
