The NMM looks decent though it needs more shading. The colours seem well picked. The eyes are too large though.When blending you can try using a more diluted paint and use several layers instead. the paint seems slightly thick. Also shen you have a visible transition from two paint layers you can smooth it out by placing an even thinner glaze of a midtone shade over the transition. You can also place a such glaze over the entire surface that is blended, but then you have to re-highlight once more.
