I couldn't disagree more with "Orky Dude" on the rating or color palette. Icy blue is the traditional skin color of vampires. They are also seen in blue or purple capes. Hower, your purple on this most is a little too pastel. When your eye adds up the gray detailing (very nicely done), the blue decoratives (nice as well) and the lavender drapes and tassels, the effect gives one the impression that your model was a halloween ride, fairly scary at night, but almost silly in full daylight. I think there is an easy fix to improve this model significantly though. I suggest taking the lavender about 8 shades darker. After that is done, you might consider darking the blues as well, but not necessarily. By the way, the blue flames look GREAT and the blade is very nice ... but again probably a little too light. This is a well executed paint job and nearly a 9 in my book. Just a touch too light.
Good painting, but the colours are a bit bright for Vampire Counts... Try using one type of palette, for example, a warm colour palette you would use reds and browns and blacks. Cool colours (purple and blue) do not go with vampires.
