I agree with Albert on this. When the purpose is to show your painted mini you should avoid computer effects since it takes the viewer's attention off the mini itself. I think your grey tones on the robe looks good, but the blendings are a bit rough. Try to smooth them out by applying washes of grey and then maybe re-apply the brightest highlights. This can be done several times to really smooth out the blendings.
I gave you an extra point for the computer effect! Don't know how it interferes with the quality of this paint job. It really makes the mini come alive. The face looks great! Just like Ian McKellen. Well done!
