You've got some nice vibrant colours going here! The face would do with some richer colour and a bit more shading though. Another thing that would make your mini stand out a bit more is to apply highlights according to the 'zenithal lighting' approach, that is imagine light coming from above and apply brighter highlights on areas facing this imagined light source. Areas such as the hat, the head of the staff, the shoulders etc. would then be highlighted a bit more than other areas. I hope this makes sense... :) A very nice mini, altogether, though. The blendings are nice on the red and yellow areas.
