Just a few pointers: The base, especially the colour looks good; the eyes could be bit more distinct from the rest of the face, just try to add a small line of shadow (not too dark) around the eye, that would make the pupils come out better as well; try to be just a bit neater, you seem to have slipped a bit of red paint just above the stocking on the left leg; I'm not too sure about the striped shield, it makes the total miniature a bit 'crowdy'. Overall pretty good.
