This is the Mancubus from "Doom! The Boardgame" produced by FFG. The whole boardgame is in approx 28mm scale, with plastic miniatures, although this figure is larger than the 28mm marine.
Need a bit more effort about the painting but the mini is real cool ! Sort of mix between Cthulhu and the pianist bleu elephant puppet in Return of the Jedi !! Real fun !!!
