I really like the NMM but I think the skin could use a bit more highlighting and shading, and maybe a bit more thought as to where the highlights and shades should be put on the skin. Nice work :)

I preferred the WIPs to the finished piece ??? Some nice touches but the retaken photos you're talking about would be handy to see what we've really got here.

I think Airhead's got the right idea - I would also apply that comment to the nmm. It seems like it is missing the final highlight/hotspot to make it "pop." I love the detailing on the horns, though, and the color choice is quite nice.
