for knowing the original model i have to congratulate you for the slight conversion job that make this wych look more personnal, i think your color scheme black and blue is very effective and the varnish making the armor glossy is a good idea in 3D, unfortunately the rendering through the photograph spoils the perception of the armor painting but i think this looks good in real. the black stuff is indeed a tube all the wyches have some of these tubes somewhere. have to ask whoever sculpted these what this is all about. but why a 5 then with all this good stuff, because i think the painting is not accurate, the eyes looks odd a simple or 2 color orb is often more effective than a complete iris and pupil eye averagely realized, the mouth is what i like least in your mini there is something not good about it maybee too broad again.
in other words i think that with a bit more experience this color scheme could do good on a wych squad in a tabletop models army with a better than average looking and a conveying a cool doom atmosphear.
I agree with Kymmerus, the gun is the better part of the mini. The skin is quite good too, although more shading would be a good idea. The armour is too dark and glossy (maybe the varnish). The base is ok. In general, too dark pic and too dark armour which has lost the details... Hope this guides helps u.
Well, the photo is too dark, thats the #1 detractor. You're losing out on any NMM effects that could be seen on that big spiky weapon-thingie on her left arm.
The eyes are little too big I think, and I don't get that line running from her bellybutton on up... is it a tube or something? But basically the armour is way too dark to get any sense of detail...
On the positive side though, your base is simple, and probably very effective... if only it were brighter... the right weapon arm is probably the best part of the mini, the green hoses and metallic lustre on the barrel are rather nice touches...
