Your conversion work is good and the pose is nice in it's self. My only advice is with the paint job. I would definately thin the paint down and perhaps try to blend the colours a bit more. All in all though a very good effort.
Really nice conversion, but the paintjob could use a bit of work. You might want to try thinning out the paint just a tad more, the armor looks a bit rough. Keep up the good work though, love those =][= minis :D
