Jenova

This is Jenova, quite a stunning little model from Mr White. She was originally gong to be all Slaaneshied up, then Nurgled, then something in between. I'm happy with how she turned out but any constructive criticism is mre than welcome

Good job on the armor and the face. You've done really well on the armor, since it's all green and yet doesn't look bland at all. The face has some character to it too, tho if you look at her nose you'll realise it's more like a snout =) That's more of the sculptor's fault tho...and talk of sculpting! What was he smoking?!! That big blonde ball of fur looks more like a helmet than a hairdo. It utterly overshadows everything that I liked about the mini and I'm forced to stay away from the 8 I wish I could've given this piece. The weapon (with it's holes) is a cool idea and the armor looks nice but the hair unfortunately ruins it. Props to you for the paintjob ... and some serious whipping and domestic abuse to the sculptor for the hair!

But only for the paintjob. What was the sculptor thinking???? My least favourite sculpt ever. Not because it's bad...just that the styoopid hair utterly ruins what might have been a good mini. Seriously, Has anyone, ever, sported a coiffure like that? I think not.

First things first: I hate the hair. It's gross. However, that's the scuplt, not your paint, and it'd be preposterous to penalize you for it. Bitching aside, the rest of the model is bleeding great. The green of the armour is gorgeous; I'm going to keep this for green colour reference. Her face is quite godd but could be smoother. I have to agree with NSA, the metallics are rather flat, especially the sword. Overall great work, just add some more depth to the blade.
