I cannot distinguish from your picture, but if I'm not mistaken, I think it would look even better if you highlight the skin with a little white... or grey (hence they are Imperials :P). Also... I won't ask too much, but some scribble or greyish lines on the scrolls would make the miniature look even greater (since the librarian is pointing on it).
