I converted this from a Standard Cadian.
Still needs to be based, but I thought I'd see what you guys thought about the painting first. Any pointers?? Comments appreciated

Not bad, but it just looks like there is little definition in the colours. This could just be the photos. The shield looks cool, but you might have had better results with styrene, or even a chopped film canister. I converted something really similar, with the face-plate, but I used Space Marine Scout bodies with the Cadian helmet.
I like the pose, and it's a good start :) It would be cool to see a few more of them!
