I agree. Sharper highlighting would have improved it. But when I painting the mini back in 1990 I was trying to achieve a more "realistic" look, with rather quiet colors and subtle highlights.
Interesting sculpt. I like the overall look and the color sceme. My only complaint is that it look under highlighted and a bit flat. Other than that great work, love the eyes.
