I like this guy. THe cloak is abit uniform in colour for being a sniper's. But that doesn't mater, it is nicely worked out. The arm-thing is right. But I love the Base!
I think he could use more definition between layers of material. I hate to suggest blacklining, but it may be appropriate between his cloak and sleeve.
Definitely needs some camo paint on his left arm though. Good coloring.
Aside from the headless daffodils this guy really looks the biz. The new shading you've tried should really make the whole squad a lot more impressive (when they're all done!). I think I'd like to give a 7.5, but there r so many harsh markers out there it'll soon even out.
