I would love to give this a higher score, but those checks are just aweful. It's too bad because they ruin your hard work. If I were you, I would paint over them and then re-do them. The free-hands could also use a bit of cleaning up. It's not a bad piece, your rating would go up if you fixed those checks.
I find using a pencil to draw your checks before painting helps them turn out even, and the same size. Square is always a plus, too. Otherwise, pretty good.
