I wanted this guy to be very super hero looking compared to what everyone expected with a sniper army sort of feel. The armor plates are all Chrome looking and the base is super weathered NMM. He was painted for the Last Painter Standing contest on TMP as well!

Those metal plates rock. In hindsight, maybe a darker, muted red would have been a better complement for the blue, but then again, maybe not.
