Orc Warboss Bust by Forgeworld

This is the first model I've painted in about a year. Please leave any input, positive or constructive. I know I need to improve and any pointers will help.

Tidoco, thanks for the input. My photography blows. There is actually highlights on the plume that go past pale orange into a yellow-orange hue. Unfortuantely it's not grasped in the photo. But that makes me feel better about thedecision to do it lighter. Etherion, also thank you. I've been getting away from the dybrushing. More like a damp brush at this point. Still don't like the effrects of the wet brush technique. I still need to practice on that one. Greenstuff, Thanks for the tip on the photo layout. I'll take that advice for my next model, heck, may even post this one with just the two views

This came out great! I love the wolf face. Of course I'll get to see it in person in short order :) Nice photos too, and great lighting ;)

I think after such a long break that this is a quality job. The wolf's face is very nicely done though I feel that a little more highlighting towards white on his muzzle would make it that much more lifelike. The Orcs skin is well done too. The plume on his helmet just needs a lighter highlight IMO. This is not an easy model to do and you have done it well. Congrats.
