Brother Veteran Sergeant Geaus: 1st Place in Neophytes, Warpstone Painting Awards Conflict: Toronto
Anyways Well here he is in all his Glory the Mighty Brother Veteran Sergeant Geaus! As It is Now I am Very Pleased with the model, and what was the outcome! The Judges since there were only two Took lets see 1 hour to go through all the youngblood models, and then was So eager and Had difficulty to pick which one was the best out of My Blood Ravens Sergeant, One of the B&C'ers Emperors Champion, and an Inquistor Coteaz. They inspected like crazy, and found that the Inquistor had some chipped paint edges in it (But the Model was Well Blent!!) and The emperors Champion had mold lines within the head area. (But very nicely done model). Both of the 2nd and 3rd place winners i got to meet, very great guys, and the 2nd place winner was very very close to get 1st place but in the end i got it in the bag. In case you were all wondering the pose is from the "Last Samurai" I got it when Tom Cruise was Sparring and Practicing the techniques of sword fighting and also i got inspiration from myself because I do Kendo! (Japanese Sword Trainning/Fighting). The Symbols on the left shoulder pad represent: Wisdom (Top one), which colabrates with the Chapter Because the Librarians in Blood Ravens were respected alot and Knowledge was their key. The Bottom one means Sky which interacts with the Blood Ravens, being Ravens! The Half of the Blood Ravens Symbol was there to represent it is a Blood Raven and the characters gave the freehand and Chapter symbol more definition to the model and chapter.
