This fellow comes from the ACW personality pack. He's based, however, to be a civvie in my Gothic Horror/Victorian London game I'm still putting together. While looking at period photos I saw that straw hats were fairly common though I doubt they were as course as this one is. Questions and comments both welcomed and encouraged.
