A Lotus Blossom she is. ;) My first try on NMM. The hard light on the Katana is too strong i guess, I have not yet figured how to achieve the effect i aimed at.

The pink fade is lovely, and the dark pink ribbon is a great contrast to the lighter colours. I think a little more shadowing on the face would really help bring her expression out a little more.
Thanx Klute. Ill give the plendig on the sword another try. I saw a pic of a guy do a very hard break which worked much better and cant figure how to get it to look right. A single blend works best for me atm but i wanna give that break another try. Now that you mention it Blacklining the hakama might do her some good. ;) Cheers
I really like this.The pink blend is superb and the overall figure is cleanly painted and well detailed.I think the centre highlight on the left blade should be blended in at the top or done like the other blade.I would also do a very subtle dark lining on the white areas.
