I did this for a guy in my D&D group. I was pretty happy with it, though the face was a little dissapointing. This was the first time I'd ever tried to make snow, and I'm thrilled at how well it worked.
The skin looks quite nice, I'm not sure what you're unhappy about with the face? The leather on his boots and backpack is espcially well done, has a great worn texture to it. The colour scheme is very realistic looking, and the lighter colours of skin and leather accessories help add visual interest to it, so those were good choices.
