Don't know why this popped up as I've already voted and commented more than 3 years ago, but if you're still around, please edit this one so it doesn't show up as "GW Fantasy." It's clearly neither.
Ah, the dreaded "thong-style military uniform" strikes again. Heh. The rifle is really sharp looking, and while the rest of the paint job looks a little blobby, the overall effect is quite striking.
