The biggest thing you can do to improve this is to finish painting it. The white areas are just too distracting. I see you've got some interesting work on the beard, but finish it then repost.
Do you want some advices, or? Right now I can spot one major issue. You have painted the white undercoat on, right? Use a white spray from GW instead, it is a lot esier and it definately gives a better result.
