Nice! i like the metals of the chestplate and helmet. Tha pants and the kilt seem very well painted as well. The blending are a bit rough on many places though. You might also consider limiting your palette a bit, there are a few colours clashing here.. it is very hard to combinate all primary colours. (but on the other hand I guess celtic warriors didn't care much for color theory.. :)) Well to sum it up, good work.
