The face is quite good, the mouth in particular is very realistic. The scenery is also quite nicely done, especially the wood grain. The blendin of the blue is kinda rough, a glaze over it might help, or using slightly thinner layers in future. Darklining would also benefit this piece, partiuclarly between the fingers and around the cuffs.
