This was done in 2004 for a competition at the local GW. They didn't like what I did with the base, so i didn't place - however, I do like the look of the base only being half covered. The NMM on this was a mission, and the colours aren't quite right - a bit too beige, although it gives a really ancient and tarnished feel to it, which suits the figure overall. I like this model for its creepiness and the claw is just damn stylee.

greetings. it is a little ruff, but over all a very dramtic and well done paint job. i really like the shading of the lower robes, and the face is very lifeles and cold (which is a good thing). i guess, maybe a lite splashing of a black or a dark wash would really bring out the details. but this is my opinion...and i would just do it on the next mini, this is fine!!! be well. paul
